ANNUAL CAR SHOW       Our 2007 Car Show was held June 2, on the Courthouse Square in Bonham. Just under 100 entries filled in the parking spaces.       After a week of rain and storms, Saturday turned out to be a great day for a car show. Although we could have used a NASCAR track dryer early that morning on the streets of Bonham. But, to be fair, everyone had to splash through the same puddle to get into the show.       Two days earlier there had been a fire on the West side of the Square. Two buildings completely destroyed and three others badly damaged. Saturday morning it was still smoldering, as the Fire department hovered over it all day. Red River Valley Car Club is a member of the North East Texas Show Car Alliance. The RRVCC Car Show Special Awards winners will earn points toward the NETSCA awards that will be presented at the Cruisin' Autumn Car Show in Wolfe City, TX. Participants that receive Special Awards at the following car shows will earn points that will accumulate toward the NETSCA awards.
